Prices
All prices listed and quoted are in Canadian Funds. Prices do not include, federal goods and services tax (GST-Canadian residents), and shipping charges.
Terms
All payments that are made C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) are payable at time of delivery or pick-up. We accept Certified Cheques and Canadian & International Money Orders.
Orders
All orders are subject to the following criteria:
• Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply retains the right to refuse any order.
• Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply recognizes only the terms and conditions contained here-in and only their terms will apply. A customer's own purchase order terms will not be binding on Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply
• The ordered quantity must be available in current stock. Unfilled orders (back orders) will be shipped promptly when stock becomes available. Customers will be notified by email of any back-orders.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping from our Calgary, Alberta, Canada location. Shipping within Canada will be made via Canada Post C.O.D.
Transit losses or damages must be claimed against the carrier and not against Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply. All claims for shortages or concealed damages due to incorrect packaging must be made to Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply within five (5) days after receipt of goods. All claims for errors in invoicing must be made to Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply within five (5) days of receipt of goods. The customer will be provided with an email confirmation of their order which will also include tracking identification for their package.
Merchandise Exchange/Return
Warranty and/or Guarantees
Dragon's Den Martial Arts Supply defers all warranty and/or guarantees of all 'Brand Name' products it sells to the manufacturer.

Some weapons may be illegal in the purchasers area : It is the responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all local and State or Provincial laws. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age.Weapons are sold for display, collection and forms only. Weapons should be inspected before use to insure proper condition. Appropriate safety equipment and qualified instruction are required prior to use. Weapons should not be used for activities that include any form of contact or potential for personal injury. The purchaser assumes all liability and risks arising from use of the products sold.
